Job summary

Chimes is seeking an experienced Learning & Development professional to help design and deliver training programs across its workforce. You will create eLearning modules, instructor-led content, and job aids while ensuring alignment with organizational goals and compliance standards.

The role requires managing the LMS, analyzing training impact, and collaborating with the L&D team to continuously improve programs. Travel to subsidiaries may be required to support broader initiatives.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma and 8+ years of learning and development experience.
• Strong MS Office and LMS platform management skills.
• Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
• Ability to shift priorities quickly and manage multiple tasks.

Responsibilities

• Develop customized training materials and eLearning modules.
• Deliver training to employees in person and virtually.
• Evaluate training effectiveness and suggest improvements.
• Collaborate with L&D and stakeholders to align programs with goals.
• Manage LMS and generate reports on training impact.
• Assist the Learning and Development Director on department priorities.
