Job summary

Talkiatry seeks a Learning and Development Specialist to design, develop, and deliver courses for diverse clinicians and staff. You will create live and eLearning content, support onboarding, and partner across teams to strengthen learning offerings that scale with growth.

You’ll facilitate orientation sessions, collaborate on leadership development initiatives, and help shape Talkiatry’s learning strategy while maintaining an inclusive, learner-centered approach.

Qualifications

• Two years of experience delivering and developing courses for adult learners in a professional setting.
• Proficiency in Microsoft applications and virtual collaboration tools.
• Experience using and managing content within a learning management system (LMS).
• Experience with instructional design software to create dynamic learning experiences.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate ongoing new clinician orientation sessions for psychiatrists, nurse practitioners, and therapists.
• Develop content for live, facilitator-led educational experiences and eLearning modules for corporate and clinical populations.
• Assist with the implementation of corporate and clinical cohort experiences, focused on leadership development and inclusion.
• Collaborate across Talkiatry’s corporate and clinical populations to develop additional learning materials.
• Contribute to L&D team development and strategy.
