Robinhood Markets, Inc. is seeking a Knowledge & Operational Readiness Lead to own the full content and readiness lifecycle for complex functions. You will drive knowledge strategy, lead readiness programs, and influence Product, Engineering, Compliance, and CX partners.

This role emphasizes SOPs, go/no-go frameworks, and AI-enabled improvements. The position is based in Denver, CO and Westlake, TX with in-person attendance required at least 3 days per week (W, Th, F).

Qualifications

• Advanced knowledge of knowledge management and content strategy; 4–5+ years of relevant experience.
• Proven track record owning multiple functions end-to-end with limited outside support.
• Deep knowledge of governance, information architecture, content lifecycle, and knowledge-base operations.
• Leads cross-functional collaboration across Product, Engineering, Compliance, and CX.
• Executive-level communication; able to switch from operational detail to leadership narratives.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end content strategy and governance for assigned function(s).
• Lead readiness planning for launches, policy updates, and process changes.
• Influence Product, Engineering, Operations, Customer Support, Compliance, Risk, and Training partners.
• Establish scalable content standards and governance frameworks.
• Prepare frontline teams for launches and minimize customer friction.
• Analyze metrics and drive post-launch improvements.
• Communicate readiness status and risks to stakeholders at all levels.
• Coach colleagues and promote knowledge-management practices.
• Use AI to tackle complex knowledge problems and improve outcomes.
