Job summary

Robinhood is seeking a Knowledge & Operational Readiness Lead to own the content and readiness lifecycle across multiple functions. You will drive knowledge strategy, lead readiness programs, and influence Product, Engineering, Compliance, and CX partners at all levels.

This role requires fluency in SOPs, go/no-go frameworks, and AI-enabled problem solving. Based in Denver, CO or Westlake, TX, the role expects in-person attendance at least 3 days per week (W, Th, F).

Qualifications

• 4–5+ years of relevant experience in knowledge management and content strategy.
• Proven track record owning multiple functions end-to-end with limited outside support.
• Deep knowledge of governance, information architecture, content lifecycle, and knowledge-base operations.
• Leads cross-functional collaboration with Product, Engineering, Compliance, and CX across multiple functions.
• Executive-level communication: switch between granular detail and leadership-ready narratives.
• Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple workstreams.
• Uses AI to tackle domain-specific problems to improve workflows and outcomes.
• Active FINRA licenses where functionally necessary.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end content strategy and governance for assigned function(s).
• Lead readiness planning for launches, policy updates, and changes, including go/no-go and risk registers.
• Lead cross-functional collaboration across all assigned functions to drive alignment on readiness and content strategy.
• Establish scalable content standards, information architecture, and governance frameworks.
• Prepare frontline teams for launches and mitigate customer friction.
• Analyze metrics across functions to identify patterns and drive improvements post-launch.
