Robinhood is seeking a Knowledge & Operational Readiness Lead to own content strategy, governance, and readiness across multiple functions. You will drive cross-functional collaboration with Product, Engineering, Compliance, CX, and Training, shaping scalable standards and AI-enabled processes.

This role demands senior-level communication and a track record of managing complex initiatives with limited outside support.

Qualifications

• Advanced knowledge of knowledge management and content strategy.
• Typically 4–5+ years of relevant experience across related areas.
• Experience owning multiple complex functions end-to-end with limited outside support.
• Executive-level communication skills for varied audiences.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end content strategy and knowledge governance for assigned functions.
• Lead readiness planning for product launches and policy updates.
• Drive cross-functional collaboration across Product, Engineering, Operations, CX, Compliance, Risk, and Training.
• Establish scalable content standards, information architecture, and governance.
• Prepare frontline teams for launches and minimize customer friction.
• Analyze metrics to identify patterns and drive post-launch improvements.
• Communicate readiness status and risks to stakeholders at all levels.
• Coach colleagues and influence internal/external partners on KM processes.
• Use AI to streamline workflows and improve quality and speed.
