Job summary

Robinhood seeks a Knowledge & Operational Readiness Lead to own content and readiness across multiple functions. You will drive knowledge strategy, lead readiness programs, and partner with Product, Engineering, CX, Compliance, and Legal to publish clear SOPs and reusable messaging.

You will influence stakeholders and develop colleagues within the team, using AI to rethink what's possible and deliver high-quality outcomes quickly.

Qualifications

• Advanced knowledge of knowledge management and content strategy.
• Experience across multiple related job areas (4–5+ years).
• Proven ability to own multiple functions end-to-end.
• Ability to influence Product, Engineering, Compliance, and CX partners.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end content strategy and governance for assigned functions (articles, SOPs, runbooks, escalation paths).
• Lead readiness planning for product launches and policy updates, including risk registers and post-launch reviews.
• Drive cross-functional collaboration to align readiness and content strategy across teams.
• Establish scalable content standards, IA, and governance frameworks.
• Prepare frontline teams for launches with risk mitigation to minimize customer friction.
• Analyze metrics to identify patterns and drive improvement initiatives.
• Communicate readiness status and insights to stakeholders at all levels.
• Coach colleagues and share domain expertise on knowledge management practices.
• Use AI to tackle complex domain-specific problems and streamline workflows.
