QED Systems, LLC is actively seeking a Knowledge and Strategic Management Lead to join our team at the Pentagon in Arlington, VA. This full-time professional role supports HQDA G-3/5/7 contract work, focusing on strategic, policy, and protection-related initiatives across Army enterprises.

The position requires an active Top Secret clearance with SCI eligibility and at least four years of Knowledge Management experience.

Qualifications

• Detail-oriented with excellent technical, verbal, and written communication skills.
• Proficient in MS Office (Outlook, Word, SharePoint, PowerPoint, Excel).
• Able to apply analytical methodologies to raw data and present clear recommendations.
• Four or more years of Knowledge Management experience.
• Active Top Secret clearance with SCI eligibility.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic, policy, programmatic, and technical expertise to enable the SPP Branch.
• Draft, edit, and staff documents to include Army strategic documents and related products.
• Support Joint Chiefs of Staff reporting and Army Regulations alignment.
• Analyze Army Protection efforts and provide written recommendations for improvement.
• Prepare guidance, tasking, and data calls; consolidate input from ARSTAF sections.
• Develop and maintain the APP’s strategic roadmap aligned with HQDA priorities.
• Coordinate with stakeholders and ensure document control across divisions.
