Job summary

TJ Consulting Group seeks an experienced Knowledge Management Lead in Colorado Springs to direct KM processes and tool administration across enterprise content. You will identify critical intellectual capital, structure data access, and implement lifecycle strategies aligned with DoD IT and security policies.

The role requires 10 years in KM or a 5-year ABET/CAE degree-backed track, plus active TS/SCI clearance. Strong analytical skills and collaboration across teams are essential.

Qualifications

• 10 years of KM processes and tools management
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Cybersecurity, Data Science, Information Systems, or Computer Science from ABET-accredited or CAE-designated institution with 5 years of relevant experience
• Active TS/SCI clearance and United States citizenship required

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee the management and administration of processes and tools to support organizational knowledge management (KM)
• Identify, document, and facilitate access to intellectual capital and information content across the enterprise
• Develop and implement strategies for data organization, knowledge sharing, and content lifecycle management
• Ensure KM processes align with DoD cybersecurity, IT, and data management policies
• Support initiatives to improve collaboration, information retrieval, and knowledge dissemination across teams
• Utilize KM tools and platforms to enhance data accessibility, security, and operational efficiency
