Job summary

QED Systems, LLC, located at the Pentagon in Arlington, VA, is seeking an Information Security Specialist to support the HQDA G-3/5/7 contract. This full-time role requires developing and delivering security training, managing classification processes, and coordinating SOPs across security disciplines.

The position demands active Top Secret with SCI eligibility, strong communication, and experience with enterprise tools. Occasional telework may be required; travel is minimal.

Qualifications

• Detail-oriented with excellent technical, verbal, and written communication skills.
• Proficient with MS Office products (Outlook, Word, SharePoint, PowerPoint, Excel).
• Ability to think critically and apply analytical methodologies to raw data to present clear recommendations.
• Ability to focus on mission requirements while tracking multiple priorities.
• Experience with Enterprise Task Management Software Solution (ETMS2).
• Ability to provide executive, technical, and administrative support to senior leaders.

Responsibilities

• Provide support with the execution of the G-3/5/7 Information Security Program, including classification/declassification and security education/training.
• Develop, present, and facilitate security training for information security, OPSEC, personnel security, and AT/FP.
• Develop Security Classification Guides (SCGs) and ensure annual review/update per DoDM 5200.45.
• Conduct in-person security training for new personnel and tailored training across the G-3/5/7.
• Develop and publish SOPs with implementation guidance for standardization.
• Perform security staff assistance visits across all security disciplines.
• Support IS program execution and declassification initiatives.
• Collaborate with Directorates and government managers to publish security procedures.
