Job summary

Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Library and Information Science (MLIS) or equivalent from an ALA-accredited program.
- Minimum 6 years of experience in knowledge management, taxonomy, metadata, and content management post-MLIS.
Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and govern enterprise knowledge management systems for cross-division visibility.
- Evaluate and configure KM platforms and tools in partnership with IT and business units.
- Develop knowledge maps, capability directories, and expertise locators across divisions.
- Promote knowledge sharing through training, documentation, and change management.
- Contribute to data governance efforts and the development of shared data standards.
- Design and maintain metadata schemas, vocabularies, taxonomies, and ontologies for discovery and interoperability.
- Ensure metadata quality and integration with data pipelines and knowledge graphs.
