Job summary

RedSky is seeking a Knowledge Manager / Knowledge Systems Specialist to steward our knowledge ecosystem and governance across DoD environments. You will drive KM operations, secure SharePoint and M365 collaboration, and deliver training and on-site support.

The role is full-time and on-site at our Tampa-area operations, requiring strong governance, training delivery, and hands-on administration of SharePoint and Power Platform tools.

Qualifications

• Three or more years supporting KM operations in DoD or federal environments.
• Three or more years of SharePoint hands-on administration and support.
• Three or more years of Power Apps and Power Automate experience.
• Three or more years of implementing metadata and taxonomy structures in SharePoint.
• CompTIA Security+ certification.

Responsibilities

Role Description

The Knowledge Manager / Knowledge Systems Specialist (KSS) is a full-time, on-site role. This role is responsible for day-to-day operational engine of EKM at HQ USSOCOM and the distributed TSOC/Component sites. This person maintains and improves the knowledge ecosystem across classified and unclassified networks, supports SharePoint and Microsoft 365 (M365) collaboration capabilities, implements governance (metadata, taxonomy, retention), and enables the workforce through training, adoption support, and responsive on-site problem resolution.

Qualifications

• Three (3)+ years supporting KM operations (knowledge capture, content curation, portal support, governance) in DoD or federal environment
• Three (3)+ years of SharePoint hands-on administration and support experience (site collections, permissions, pages, lists/libraries, workflows)
• Three (3)+ years of Power Apps and Power Automate practical experience
• Three (3)+ years' experience implementing and enforcing metadata and taxonomy structures in SharePoint
• CompTIA Security+ certification

Preferences

• Training and Adoption experience creating and delivering user training (job aids, short courses, onboarding)
