Job summary

Crum & Forster Travel Insured International is seeking a Senior Knowledge Management Specialist to build and optimize a centralized knowledge base spanning underwriting, product, sales, marketing, call center and claims.

The role requires administering KM platforms (SharePoint, ProNavigator), ensuring content accuracy, training staff, and driving compliance and efficiency through governed knowledge assets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
• 3+ years of knowledge management, insurance operations, or content management.
• Familiarity with insurance processes is a plus.
• Experience with KM platforms (SharePoint, ProNavigator) preferred.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work independently and proactively.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain a centralized, digital knowledge base for the insurance value chain.
• Capture, curate, and update content to ensure accuracy, relevance, and compliance.
• Ensure knowledge management supports NAIC compliance and mitigates risks.
• Establish content standards, taxonomy, metadata, and version control.
