Job summary

Gainor Staffing is seeking a Knowledge Manager to support consultants with client service, market intelligence, and operational coordination. In this hybrid role, you will draft communications, schedule meetings, and manage data systems that enable effective decision‑making across our executive search practice.

Ideal candidates bring 4–7 years in professional services or client‑focused roles, exceptional written and verbal communication, and strong MS Office 365 skills.

Qualifications

• 4–7 years in a support or coordination role within executive search, recruiting, or professional services.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with high attention to detail.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365 and ability to learn internal systems quickly.
• Customer-focused, proactive, and able to anticipate team needs.

Responsibilities

• Schedule meetings and interviews for 2–4 recruiters and coordinate with clients and candidates.
• Draft, finalize, and organize internal and client-facing correspondence and reports.
• Conduct market research on trends and talent pools to support search strategy.
• Manage and analyze company data with an emphasis on accuracy and confidentiality.
• Collaborate with leadership to share best practices and improve recruiter productivity.
• Lead training sessions and check-ins to reinforce processes.
