Ace Hardware Corporation is seeking a Key Account Support Associate in Oak Brook, IL. You will partner with Territory Managers and Key Account Managers to support strategic customers, drive improvements in service levels, and implement key initiatives across departments.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of account management, project management, executive support or high-end retail support.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Business or related field.
• Excellent interpersonal and written/verbal communications with cross-functional teams.
• Customer centric attitude; detail oriented and highly organized.

Responsabilités

• Partner with Territory Managers/Key Account Managers to support key account initiatives.
• Develop and implement programs to improve customer experience and service levels.
• Respond promptly to customers and internal partners; organize meetings.
• Train and mentor internal and external stakeholders on standards and processes.
• Analyze reports with TMs to identify proactive improvements and issue trends.
