Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business administration or commensurate work experience.
• Typically 3–5 years of relevant experience in retail, workforce‑management, payroll, or store operations.
• Working knowledge of workforce‑management systems (scheduling, time and attendance, payroll, recruiting platforms, HRIS).
• Ability to develop clear best practices, business requirements, process documentation, and training materials.
• Strong presentation, facilitation, and project-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead defined People Management best practices and store processes.
• Maintain knowledge of workforce-management systems and interfaces to support processes.
• Provide practical guidance to retailers, field staff, and internal partners; escalate high-risk issues.
• Develop and deliver training for retailer groups and internal teams on assigned topics.
• Collaborate with vendors and cross‑functional teams to deploy solutions and test changes.
