Job summary

Axis Communications is seeking a Key Account Pricing Analyst, Project Pricing to lead pricing design and optimization for our top accounts in the Americas. You will work closely with KAMs and senior leadership to translate customer insights into strategic pricing structures for high-value projects and long-term partnerships.

This on-site role based in Chelmsford, MA, requires strong analytical, communication, and leadership skills, with experience in CRM systems and BI tools to drive revenue

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, project management or business related field.
• Experience managing Fortune 500 accounts.
• 5 years of experience within the security industry (preferred).
• Axis Certified Professional Certification (ACP) preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite and BI applications.

Responsibilities

• Partner with KAMs to understand customer pain points and value drivers and translate into pricing structures.
• Develop strategic perspective beyond individual transactions for broader commercial impact.
• Drive pricing strategy evolution to enable scalable growth and margins.
• Track project performance to refine pricing and improve win rates.
• Provide concise analysis on project pipelines for executive leadership.
• Align pricing decisions within a global sales organization for consistency.
• Monitor industry trends and competitor pricing for insights and adjustments.
• Perform financial simulations to assess pricing impact on profitability.
• Collaborate on tools and processes to improve customer experience.
• Perform additional team tasks as needed.
