Solenis LLC is seeking a driven Senior Key Account Manager to oversee a large refinery account in Texas. This role suits a technical sales pro who builds strong relationships, delivers value-added solutions, and drives growth in industrial water treatment.

You will manage a major account, optimize water programs, and lead on-site projects while maintaining Solenis standards and delivering data-driven insights to customers.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in industrial water treatment sales.
• Experience managing large refinery or industrial accounts.
• Strong relationship-building and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage a key refinery account with proactive, value-added technical service.
• Identify growth opportunities and pursue new business using consultative selling.
• Review and optimize cooling, boiler, and wastewater programs with monitoring and adjustments.
• Oversee on-site inventory management and chemical deliveries.
• Lead site priorities to ensure service delivery meets Solenis standards.
• Troubleshoot feed, dosing, and utility systems in the field.
• Prepare and present technical reports and lead customer meetings with data-driven insights.
