Job summary

Arcmed in Danbury, CT is seeking an experienced Key Account Manager to develop and sustain strong relationships with strategic customers, negotiate pricing and supply agreements, and coordinate with internal teams to meet client needs.

You will drive revenue growth through account plans, monitor KPIs, and lead quarterly business reviews, while traveling about half the time to support customers and launches.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years' sales, account management or technical sales experience in a manufacturing company.
• Strong attention to detail and organization skills.
• Ability to build and maintain professional relationships with customers.
• Excellent communication in English.
• Willingness to travel up to 50%.

Responsibilities

• Execute account-based sales plans to achieve revenue growth targets.
• Strengthen relationships with major customers and ensure alignment with strategy.
• Collaborate with internal teams to optimize inventory and service.
• Lead Customer Quarterly Business Reviews and negotiate terms.
• Pursue new business opportunities via web leads and trade shows.
• Oversee new customer projects from concept to production.
• Travel approximately 50% as required.
