Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Manages key professional accounts and delivers sales targets, revenue growth, and profitability objectives.
• Defines account strategies that drive profitable high-growth opportunities and customer engagement.
• Executes joint business plans with trade partners to grow sell-out, expand product listings, and increase market share.
• Analyzes market trends and customer needs to identify new business opportunities.
• Works closely with installers and contractors to create demand and stimulate pull-through from trade partners.
• Leads negotiations on terms, rebates, and trading conditions to maximize profitability.
• Ensures accurate sales forecasting, pipeline management, and CRM reporting.
• Continuously enhances knowledge of company solutions and market developments.
