Job summary

Georgia Power, the largest electric subsidiary of Southern Company, seeks a Key Account Manager II to manage top accounts across Georgia. You will cultivate relationships with major Industrial and Commercial customers, coordinate with internal teams for multi-product energy solutions, and drive growth for large, complex accounts while delivering exceptional service.

You will communicate with senior leadership, analyze rate options, and contribute to customer-centric plans that meet client goals

Qualifications

• Minimum of two years experience serving large Industrial/Commercial customers (Flooring industry a plus).
• Four-year degree or comparable work experience required (Engineering, Business or technical field preferred).
• Certified Energy Manager®, Certified Energy Auditor®, or other relevant certs preferred.
• Proven history of collaborating with internal partners and CRM proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Provide industry-leading customer support to drive top-quartile NPS results.
• Become the customer’s Energy Expert by building strong relationships with decision makers.
• Collaborate with key cross-functional partners (Distribution, Transmission, Pricing & Rates, Solutions, etc.).
• Partner with Solutions to deliver cross-Southern Company products and services to grow revenue and profitability.
