Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Sales, Key Account Management, or Customer Development.
• Experience managing distributors is highly desirable.
• Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills with financial acumen.

Responsibilities

• Develop Joint Business Plans with distributors, defining growth priorities and targets.
• Lead monthly/quarterly business reviews with customers and internal stakeholders.
• Forecast demand and coordinate supply planning to ensure product availability.
• Drive net sales, sell-out, market share, and profitability growth.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Supply Chain, and Finance to execute plans.
