Job summary

Advantage Solutions is seeking a Sr Key Account Manager to drive client business with targeted distributors and retailers. You will manage trade funds, sign and execute contracts, and collaborate with internal teams to increase sales and shelf presence.

The role requires strategic planning with clients, coordinating with buyer and category manager contacts, and delivering on P&L targets while maintaining budget discipline across multiple brands and channels.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 8+ years of experience in applicable field.
• Strong sales and client-management skills.
• Ability to manage budgets and drive revenue growth.

Responsibilities

• Drive client business to assigned customers and increase distribution and sales.
• Ensure retail/merchandising execution and basic eCommerce execution.
• Meet or exceed client goals for sales, distribution, pricing, shelving, and promo volume.
• Launch strategies to pursue new opportunities and manage promotional funds.
