Job summary

Mauser Packaging Solutions is seeking a seasoned sales leader to manage key accounts in a remote/field role from Oak Brook, IL. The candidate will drive growth across all product lines, build deep relationships with major accounts, and execute strategic account plans.

The role requires strong negotiation, proposal development, and presentation skills, with five years of B2B industrial sales experience. Travel and collaboration with senior management are expected.

Qualifications

• Minimum five years of B2B industrial sales experience, preferably with packaging or related industries.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred but industry experience may substitute.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and expand the Key Accounts customer base across all product lines to achieve growth objectives.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing Key Account customers.
• Create, manage, and implement Strategic Account plans for each Key Account.
• Maintain a robust prospect pipeline, prepare proposals, submit quotes, and present QBRs.
• Develop customer programs for collecting empty containers for reconditioning facilities.
• Communicate the Mauser Packaging Solutions brand and participate in company initiatives.
