Jumia is seeking an experienced account manager to build strong relationships with top brands and distributors in the category and drive revenue growth across the portfolio. You will lead brand acquisition, promote Jumia’s advertising solutions, and collaborate with marketing to craft impactful campaigns.

You will analyze performance data, negotiate long-term partnerships, and stay ahead of market trends to deliver sustainable results in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with C-level executives and account managers of top brands and distributors.
• Develop and execute strategic plans to drive sales growth and maximize revenue across your portfolio.
• Lead acquisition of new high-potential brands and large distributors to enrich assortments and leadership.
• Identify and unlock monetization opportunities by selling Jumia’s advertising and visibility services.
• Collaborate with marketing and commercial planning teams to build tailored campaigns.
• Analyze sales performance and market data to identify growth opportunities.
• Monitor and report on sales, inventory, campaign performance, and customer satisfaction.
• Negotiate win-win agreements and long-term partnerships for mutual profitability.
• Stay ahead of market trends, competitor activity, and customer preferences.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure flawless execution and customer satisfaction.
