Kimball Midwest is seeking a Key Account Executive to acquire larger and multi-location accounts in collaboration with local sales representatives. The role emphasizes relationship management, prospecting large customers, and strategic planning across a defined territory.

First-year compensation ranges from $65,000 to $105,000 with commissions (0%–12%), plus mileage reimbursement and comprehensive benefits including medical, dental, life, disability insurance, a 401k, and a deferred compensation

Formación

• Minimum 5 years of strategic selling experience.
• Ability to travel to customer locations within territory.
• Must be able to attend company meetings and review Employment Agreement exhibits.

Responsabilidades

• Relationship management with customers in territory and local sales team to identify opportunities.
• Cold calling large potential customers to grow the book of business.
• Weekly planning to prioritize customer visits and territory growth.
• Demonstrate products and emphasize American-made products (≈80% spend).
• Meet or exceed sales quotas following established programs and processes.
• Maintain daily sales activity records and report cost-savings to customers.
