GE Aerospace seeks a Training & Communications Leader to spearhead ITC learning strategy, capability development, and communications across the global enterprise. You will partner with Compliance, risk management, and site leadership to translate regulatory requirements into bespoke learning solutions and drive adoption of new processes.

Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years of professional experience in relevant fields (compliance training, learning and development, communications, or international trade compliance)
• Experience developing enterprise-wide learning or communications strategies in a complex global organization

Responsibilities

• Establish and lead risk-based ITC training and capability development strategy aligned with regulatory requirements and business priorities.
• Define critical capabilities and gaps; develop targeted development strategies to strengthen technical proficiency and organizational resilience.
• Lead bespoke training strategies tailored to sites and business units; ensure governance for training standards and effectiveness metrics.
• Partner with Central Compliance to establish enterprise standards, governance, and assessment of training effectiveness.
• Develop integrated ITC communications strategy to drive awareness, engagement, and adoption of priorities across the enterprise.
• Establish governance, standards, and performance measures for training and communications.
