Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and six years’ related experience required.
• Master’s degree in education, public administration, technology, or a related field preferred.
• Experience with budgets, grants, or externally funded projects.
• Strong writing, communication, and presentation skills.
• Experience supervising professional staff and leading multi-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic oversight of IT workforce training programs and revenue goals.
• Recruit, market, and enroll participants for tuition courses and training programs.
• Supervise staff to meet recruitment, revenue, and outcome targets.
• Monitor program revenue and ensure grant funding compliance.
• Manage academic operations for IT program coursework and records.
• Develop program improvements using data and outcomes.
• Coordinate student support interventions and career counseling.
• Prepare reports for internal and external stakeholders.
