Job summary

You will source employment opportunities, coordinate interviews, and coach students to successful placements in IT roles across internships and full-time positions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and six years’ related experience required.
• Experience conducting business development or employer engagement preferred.
• Proven success placing candidates in IT roles and managing employer partnerships.

Responsibilities

• Drive strong job-placement outcomes meeting annual targets for IT graduates.
• Cultivate hiring partnerships via Zoom, events, and direct employer engagement.
• Provide one-on-one job coaching, resume help, mock interviews, and training.
• Organize career-readiness workshops on job search and interviewing techniques.
• Track and report employment outcomes, including paystubs and retention.
• Develop MOUs and onboarding materials to expand hiring pipelines.
• Present labor-market insights to directors and advisory boards.
• Organize employer-facing and student-facing career events.
