Qualifications

• Minimum five years of direct and progressively responsible experience in financial management and operations in higher education, nonprofit or public sector.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze financial data and prepare forecasts.
• Excellent organizational, multi-tasking, and time management skills with discretion and professionalism.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and manage departmental budgets and prepare budget modifications.
• Prepare financial reports and analyses to support decision-making and forecasting.
• Assist with student accounts operations, course registration, tuition billing, collections, and financial aid coordination.
• Supervise staff in procurement and vendor payment processes.
• Lead operational improvements and coordinate cross-department collaboration to boost efficiency.
• Supervise marketing staff and oversee advertising channels and seasonal catalogs.
