Job summary

AVI-SPL is seeking an Onsite IT Vendor Management & Contracts Specialist to act as the central operational bridge between internal teams (Workplace/Facilities, IT Engineering, Corporate Sourcing, and Legal) and external partners. You will ensure suppliers meet contractual obligations, track SLAs, and drive continuous performance across global locations.

The role requires strong negotiation, governance, and contract fluency, with the ability to coordinate renewals, evaluations, and scope

Qualifications

4-6+ years in IT vendor management or technology procurement/contracts.
Experience leading governance programs including QBRs and partner scorecards.
Strong understanding of enterprise IT/AV services, MSAs, SOWs, terms and warranties.

Responsibilities

Establish governance rhythms with IT and workplace technology partners and run QBRs.
Oversee MSAs, SOWs, and service contracts ensuring deliverables and billing match terms.
Track KPIs, SLAs, and manage escalations related to vendor performance.
Coordinate renewals, change orders, RFP evaluations, and scope adjustments with stakeholders.
Provide operational reporting on supplier commitments, expirations, deliverables, and spend.
