Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related field.
• 10+ years of professional experience with IT contract management or related functions.
• Experience managing complex MSAs, SOWs, and pricing schedules.
• Strong financials, budgeting, forecasting, and cost analytics.
• Advanced Excel and KPI reporting experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee lifecycle of IT services agreements including MSAs, SOWs, amendments, renewals, and SLAs.
• Negotiate and administer supplier contracts with cross-functional teams.
• Establish governance, renewal roadmaps, and accountability mechanisms.
• Monitor performance against SLAs, KPIs, and business objectives.
• Lead governance forums and executive reviews with providers.
• Develop dashboards, scorecards, and executive reporting on supplier performance.
• Analyze spend, forecast trends, and perform TCO assessments.
• Support budgeting, invoicing, variance analysis, and savings tracking.
• Translate complex data into actionable executive insights.
