Arizona Public Service (APS) is seeking an IT Contracts and Vendor Relations Manager to maximize value from technology investments through contract oversight and vendor governance. The role focuses on negotiations, risk management, and collaboration with IT and Supply Chain to secure compliant, cost-effective solutions.

You will build trusted vendor relationships, manage SLAs, and guide complex contracts from design through implementation, with emphasis on cloud services and software governance

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business or IT-related field is required.
• 8+ years in vendor management and contract negotiation with technology vendors.
• Experience with SaaS, PaaS and cloud services; strong vendor governance skills.

Responsibilities

• Build strong relationships with IT vendors and internal business teams.
• Lead contract development, review, redlining and negotiation support.
• Drive governance, SLA tracking, and performance management with suppliers.
• Collaborate with Supply Chain to align legal frameworks for tech engagements.
• Ensure effective vendor conversations around cost, risks, and service expectations.
• Partner with stakeholders to deliver complex IT contracts and multi-million dollar agreements.
