The role sits at the intersection of business transformation and technology, requiring consulting rigor, program leadership, and deep IT domain expertise.

Qualifications

• 7–12+ years of experience in program management, consulting, or IT advisory.
• Proven experience leading enterprise-level transformation or assessment initiatives.
• Strong knowledge of IT landscapes, application lifecycle, and PMO frameworks.
• Experience developing strategic roadmaps and business cases.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple concurrent programs in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to travel as needed, with a mix of onsite and virtual delivery.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of advisory programs across multiple client engagements.
• Define program scope, objectives, timelines, and success metrics.
• Manage cross-functional teams including SMEs, analysts, and client stakeholders.
• Ensure high-quality deliverables aligned to client expectations and business outcomes.
• Oversee IT Application Assessments including performance, cost, and risk.
• Identify opportunities for rationalization, modernization, and optimization.
• Translate findings into prioritized recommendations and business cases.
• Analyze Total Cost of Ownership across application portfolios.
