Job summary

TEKsystems is hiring in Huntsville, AL for a Recruiter Trainee who will begin with an extensive hands-on training program, guided by an Onboarding Coach, and transition to a Recruiter role handling the full recruitment cycle.

You will build relationships, coach talent on market trends and interviewing techniques, and leverage in-house AI tools to identify top candidates and advise clients on timing and location decisions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree OR Military experience OR Associates Degree with professional experience.
• Strong relationship building and ethical standards.
• Desire for a commission-based, performance-driven career.

Responsibilities

• Recruit IT consultants and manage the full recruiting cycle.
• Build relationships, provide career coaching, and discuss market trends.
• Develop sourcing strategies using various tools, including AI tools.
• Use AI insights to inform decision-making during recruitment.
• Advise on skill availability, labor rates, and hiring timelines.
• Negotiate compensation packages to attract candidates.
