Job summary

Sony Interactive Entertainment seeks an experienced Sr. IT SOX Governance Lead to own end-to-end IT SOX governance across DTIS Global Service Operations. You will manage ITGC design, onboarding of new systems, and audit coordination, driving standardization and reducing operational risk.

The role requires deep SOX/ITGC expertise, governance leadership, and strong cross-functional collaboration to scale governance capabilities as SIE grows.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• 7+ years of IT SOX, IT audit, governance, or risk management.
• Strong expertise in ITGCs and SOX compliance.
• Experience leading governance programs with auditors.

Responsibilities

• Own and lead IT SOX governance framework and ITGC program.
• Design, document, and maintain ITGCs and application controls.
• Coordinate audits, evidence gathering, remediation tracking, and reporting.
• Assess risk, identify control gaps, and develop remediation strategies.
• Collaborate with engineering, FinGov, Risk & Compliance, and other teams.
