Job summary

Sony Interactive Entertainment seeks a Sr. IT SOX Governance Lead to establish end-to-end IT SOX governance across DTIS GSO. You will own ITGCs, control design, onboarding, testing support, remediation tracking, and reporting to scale governance and reduce risk.

The role requires deep SOX and ITGC expertise, strategic leadership, and the ability to collaborate across engineering, platform operations, Finance Governance, and risk teams to drive standardized processes and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in IT SOX, IT audit, governance, or risk management.
• Strong expertise in SOX, ITGCs, and audit coordination.
• Experience leading governance programs and working with auditors.
• Experience with control design, onboarding, remediation management.

Responsibilities

• Own and manage the IT SOX governance framework and ITGC program.
• Design and maintain ITGCs and application controls aligned to SOX.
• Coordinate walkthroughs, evidence collection, and remediation activities.
• Manage audit findings and corrective action plans.
• Partner with engineering, platform ops, and FinGov for alignment.
• Drive automation and scalable onboarding in SOX operations.
