Job summary

Sony Interactive Entertainment (SIE) seeks a Sr IT SOX Governance Lead to establish end-to-end IT SOX governance within DTIS GSO. This role is the primary owner of ITGC governance, control design, onboarding of new systems, and cross-functional collaboration.

The successful candidate will reduce operational risk, enable compliant operations, and partner with engineering, Finance Governance, Risk & Compliance to drive standardized processes and automation across enterprise.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in IT SOX, IT audit, IT governance, compliance, or risk management.
• Strong expertise in SOX compliance and ITGCs with audit coordination experience.
• Experience leading governance programs and working with external/internal auditors.
• Experience with control design, system onboarding, and remediation management.
• Experience with SDLC and system implementation framework.

Responsibilities

• Own and manage the IT SOX governance framework and ITGC program.
• Establish standardized governance processes, methodologies, and control design practices.
• Lead end-to-end ITGC lifecycle activities including design, onboarding, testing support, remediation tracking, and reporting.
• Drive governance consistency across systems, applications, and operational teams.
• Coordinate audits, evidence collection, testing, and remediation with internal and external auditors.
• Monitor risk, control performance, and governance metrics; drive automation and scalability.
