Job summary

SGS Consulting is seeking an experienced IT Sourcing Lead to drive end-to-end RFP/RFQ processes for enterprise software, SaaS, cloud infrastructure, cybersecurity, managed services, and professional IT services. You will collaborate with IT, legal, and finance to define scope, evaluation criteria, SLAs, and KPIs, managing sourcing from requirements to contract award.

Qualifications

• Experience leading IT procurement and RFP/RFQ processes for enterprise software, SaaS, cloud, and security solutions.
• Ability to develop scope of work, technical requirements, evaluation criteria, SLAs, and KPIs with IT and legal teams.
• Strong skills in vendor evaluation, negotiation, and contract management for IT services and licenses.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end RFP/RFQ processes for complex IT procurements including software, SaaS, cloud, cybersecurity, managed services, and IT services.
• Develop comprehensive RFP documentation in collaboration with IT stakeholders and legal counsel.
• Manage full competitive sourcing lifecycle from requirements to contract award recommendation.
