Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end IT RFP and sourcing processes for software, SaaS, cloud, and services.
• Draft and negotiate SLAs, KPIs, and contract terms with legal and IT security input.
• Coordinate cross-functional evaluation teams and present executive recommendations.
• Manage contract execution and transition to procurement operations.
• Provide ongoing supplier performance management and cost optimization.
