Job summary

LogicSource is seeking a Manager of Strategic Sourcing - IT to join our Center of Excellence. You will lead end-to-end IT sourcing engagements, drive cost savings, ensure supplier performance, and collaborate with client stakeholders across the organization.

Reporting to the Managing Director, Sourcing & Procurement, you will own RFP processes, conduct TCO analyses, and build strong supplier ecosystems. Expect ~5% travel and a dynamic, hybrid work environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 5+ years indirect procurement and IT sourcing experience.
• Experience leading large-scale sourcing events.
• Strong supplier negotiations background.
• Experience interfacing with clients and stakeholders at all levels.
• Expertise in TCO modeling and data-driven decision making.
• Experience driving change and cross-functional consensus.
• Knowledge of IT supplier ecosystems.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end IT strategic sourcing engagements.
• Collaborate with client stakeholders to set priorities and strategies.
• Own RFP processes from data gathering to award decisions.
• Lead supplier evaluations using TCO modeling.
• Develop cost-reduction strategies beyond price.
• Lead analytics to validate savings projections.
• Ensure high client satisfaction and cross-functional communication.
• Monitor spend, supplier performance, and savings targets.
• Build relationships including with C-suite partners.
