Job summary

The role requires 5+ years in strategic sourcing or supplier management, with a track record of cost savings and strong stakeholder collaboration.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in strategic sourcing, procurement, category management, technology contracting, or supplier management.
• Experience sourcing software, cloud solutions, infrastructure, telecommunications, hardware, and tech professional services.
• Demonstrated success leading complex negotiations and delivering measurable value.
• Strong understanding of technology markets and contracting practices.
• Experience managing multiple high-priority projects in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex RFPs/RFQs and drive cost savings and value creation.
• Negotiate and execute contracts, statements of work, amendments, renewals, and other agreements.
• Partner with stakeholders to support contract lifecycle management and supplier onboarding.
• Independently manage a high volume of sourcing projects while supporting Senior Sourcing Managers.
• Balance strategic initiatives with day-to-day sourcing activities to meet timelines.
• Support TSA exit transitions by sourcing and onboarding replacement suppliers and services.
• Collaborate with Legal, Finance, Privacy, Cybersecurity, PMO, and Quality to ensure compliance.
• Monitor market trends and supplier innovations to identify value opportunities.
• Contribute to category planning and supplier relationship management.
