Job summary

MSRcosmos LLC is seeking a Senior Strategic Sourcing Specialist with IT and Technology Services to lead software, cloud, and infrastructure sourcing. The role emphasizes contract execution, supplier management, and value creation across a matrix of stakeholders.

Hybrid work in Northridge, CA with three days onsite per week is preferred. You will drive category strategies and supplier engagements while balancing daily procurement activities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a related field.
• 5+ years in strategic sourcing or procurement, IT-focused.
• Proven experience with software, cloud, infrastructure, and telecom sourcing.
• Strong negotiation and cost optimization track record.
• Ability to manage multiple high-priority projects in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Support strategic sourcing initiatives for software, cloud solutions, infrastructure, hardware, and services.
• Manage RFPs, RFQs, and supplier selection, driving value and risk mitigation.
• Negotiate contracts, SLAs, and amendments with vendors.
• Provide market intelligence and pricing benchmarks to stakeholders.
• Lead high-volume sourcing projects while aligning with category strategies.
• Work with Legal, Finance, Privacy, Cybersecurity on contract lifecycle.
• Ensure regulatory and compliance requirements are met.
• Monitor supplier performance and renewals.
• Identify opportunities for cost savings and value creation.
• Support TSA exit initiatives and supplier onboarding.
