Job summary

Alvarez & Marsal is hiring an IT Sourcing & Enterprise Services Manager to identify and execute commercial infrastructure sourcing opportunities for complex multi-vendor environments. You will drive contract optimization, SLA improvements, and vendor consolidation to achieve material cost reductions.

The role demands leadership in vendor negotiations, contract drafting, and cross-functional collaboration across procurement, finance, legal, and operations.

Qualifications

• 8–12+ years in IT commercial contracting or related roles.
• Proven track record of quantified savings in sourcing.
• Experience at a consulting firm or large tech organization.
• Bachelor's degree in business, IT, law or related field.
• Certifications in SAM, ITIL, PMP or related areas preferred.
• Willingness to travel up to 80%.

Responsibilities

• Rapid sourcing opportunity assessment to identify cost reductions.
• Lead vendor negotiations, contract drafting, and SLA redesign.
• Model financial impact of alternative sourcing approaches.
• Audit licensing usage and negotiate volume discounts.
• Manage vendor relationships and enforce KPIs.
• Define governance for SLAs and contract terms.
• Prepare templates and playbooks; share knowledge across teams.
• Collaborate with procurement, finance, legal, and operations.
