Job summary

Alvarez & Marsal is seeking an IT Sourcing & Enterprise Services Manager to identify and execute commercial infrastructure sourcing opportunities for complex multi-vendor environments. You will drive vendor strategy, contract optimization, and enterprise services management to reduce costs and improve SLA performance.

Role requires 8–12+ years in IT contracting, asset management, or sourcing advisory, with consulting or large tech org experience and up to 80% travel.

Qualifications

• 8–12+ years of professional experience in IT commercial contracting, software asset management, vendor management, or sourcing advisory roles
• Proven track record of identifying and executing commercial sourcing opportunities with quantified savings
• Experience at a consulting firm or large global technology organizations
• Comfortable with travel up to 80%

Responsibilities

• Rapid sourcing opportunity assessment - analyze vendor contracts, spend, SLAs to identify cost reduction opportunities
• Commercial opportunity execution - lead vendor negotiations, contract drafting, SLA redesign, and implementation
• Spend and contract analysis - review contracts, pricing structures, and vendor performance; model alternatives
• Software and hardware asset management - audit licensing utilization and negotiate licensing terms
• Vendor relationship management - define KPIs and oversee performance gaps
• SLA definition and governance - develop SLAs aligned to business requirements and track accountability
• Contract and process documentation - maintain templates and playbooks; share knowledge
• Cross-functional coordination - align sourcing strategy with procurement, finance, legal, and operations
