Think Together in Anaheim, CA, is seeking an IT Services Portfolio & Asset Supervisor to lead a team responsible for the full lifecycle of technology assets and service portfolio operations. This role ensures alignment between service delivery, asset management, and business priorities by driving operational excellence and governance.

The supervisor will collaborate with IT, Finance, Operations, and Security to optimize technology investments, cost efficiency, and scalability while guiding daily

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, IT, business, or related field.
• Minimum 5+ years of IT operations, asset management, or service management.
• 2+ years of supervisory experience.
• Experience with ITSM tools.
• Strong knowledge of asset lifecycle, CMDB, and chargeback practices.
• Experience with Microsoft ecosystem (Intune, Azure AD, M365).
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
• Proficient with data analysis tools to analyze inventory data.
