Job summary

International Executive Service Corps is seeking a seasoned IT Portfolio Manager to oversee planning, execution, and delivery of a portfolio of IT projects aligned with our strategic objectives. You will drive governance, budget control, risk management, and performance reporting across the portfolio, coordinating with stakeholders and leadership to ensure compliance with DoW and DON policies.

The role requires strong leadership, advanced PM capabilities, and experience with agile/waterfall

Qualifications

• Experience managing large and complex IT portfolios.
• Bachelor's degree or 8+ years in IT portfolio/project management.
• Proven budgeting, forecasting, and cost control abilities.
• Familiarity with DoW/DON policies is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee planning, execution, and delivery of IT portfolio programs.
• Develop and maintain IT portfolio roadmap aligned with business objectives.
• Establish portfolio governance: intake, prioritization, resource allocation.
• Monitor budget, schedule, and risk across the portfolio.
• Communicate portfolio status to stakeholders at all levels.
• Collaborate with DoW/DON policies and guidance where applicable.
• Lead portfolio reviews and steering committee meetings.
• Ensure IT projects support strategic objectives and compliance.
