Western Alliance Bank in Irvine, CA seeks an IT Portfolio Manager to drive portfolio planning, capacity planning, and financial reporting across IT portfolios. You’ll partner with IT leaders, PMs, Scrum masters, and business stakeholders to align work with priorities and funding.

You’ll maintain portfolio data in the PPM platform, deliver insights for prioritization, and support governance, budgeting, and quarterly planning. Strong analytical, communication, and tools experience are required.

Qualificações

• Requires a Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• 7+ years in IT/portfolio management or similar.
• Experience with Agile/hybrid/ traditional project delivery models.
• Knowledge of capacity planning and budgeting.
• Familiarity with planning, reporting, and portfolio governance tools.

Responsabilidades

• Support portfolio demand management, intake coordination, and prioritization.
• Maintain project and initiative data in the PPM platform and prepare reports.
• Perform capacity analyses and provide resource insights.
• Support quarterly planning and PI planning activities.
• Prepare financial reports, dashboards, and leadership-ready materials.
• Identify risks, dependencies, and optimization opportunities for the portfolio.
