Revamp Engineering, Inc. seeks a Director of IT & Cybersecurity to lead the information security program, IT architecture, and risk management across on-premises and cloud. You will own security controls, DR/BC planning, and incident response while coordinating with clients and governance bodies.

You will report to Finance & Operations and scale the security function as the business grows. A strategic, hands-on leader with strong communication is essential.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in information security, CS, IS, or engineering.
• 10+ years IT experience with recent focus on security leadership.
• Ability to translate risk into actionable program priorities.
• Depth in on-premises and cloud architecture, identity, endpoint, networking, and backups.

Mansioni

• Serve as the firm's senior information security leader and technical authority.
• Define AI security posture and protect data across tools and vendors.
• Administer security environment: identity, endpoint, networking, backup.
• Lead compliance with NIST CSF 2.0 and drive risk maturity roadmap.
• Build disaster recovery, continuity, and incident response plans.
• Draft security policies, run awareness training, and approve exceptions.
• Manage security vendors and strategic technology procurement.
