Revamp Engineering, Inc. seeks a Director of IT & Cybersecurity to lead the firm's information security program and IT architecture across on-premises and cloud environments.

You will own security controls, incident response, and vendor risk while reporting to senior governance committees and collaborating with clients and auditors. You will guide the maturity roadmap, define RTO/RPO objectives, and build a resilient security program that protects sensitive client data and firm assets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in information security or related field.
• 10+ years in IT with recent leadership in information security, security architecture, or infrastructure.
• Ability to translate strategy into prioritized programs and executive reporting.
• Hands-on depth in on-premises and cloud architectures for security control.
• Working knowledge of NIST CSF 2.0 and risk-based decision making.

Responsabilités

• Serve as the firm's technical authority for information security and IT architecture across on-premises and cloud environments.
• Define the firm's AI security posture and controls for vendors.
• Administer security environment including identity, endpoint, networking, and backup.
• Develop disaster recovery, business continuity, and incident response plans.
• Draft and implement core security policies, standards, and security awareness training.
• Lead security assessments, audits, and remediation closures.
• Direct outside IT providers and manage IT/security vendors.
• Own staff onboarding/offboarding and end-user support.
