Job summary

Pressley Ridge in Pittsburgh, PA seeks a Vice President of Finance – Service Delivery to provide strategic and operational financial leadership for our service delivery programs. This senior role partners with the CFO and operations leaders to ensure financial health, compliance, and strong performance across contracts and billing.

The role oversees budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, accounts receivable, cash flow, internal controls, and the finance, billing, and facilities teams.

Qualifications

• Requires a master’s degree in finance, business administration, or related field.
• CPA license (preferred).
• Requires a valid driver’s license and auto insurance.
• Requires five (5) years of accounting experience.
• Requires three (3) years of leadership experience.
• State Police, FBI, Child Abuse Clearances, Mandated Reporter training certificate and/or statement.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic financial leadership for service delivery operations.
• Monitor financial health, risks, opportunities, and corrective actions.
• Lead budgeting and forecasting for service delivery in partnership with CFO.
• Oversee billing, revenue cycle management, and cash flow.
• Promote accountability and continuous improvement across Finance, Billing, and Facilities.

Education

Master's degree in Finance or related field

CPA license (preferred)
